Guardianship in Massachusetts

It will also identify the standards used to appoint a guardian as well as identify concepts of Rodgers Guardianship. You will also learn how to identify the obligations, duties and powers of a guardian as well as a Durable Power of Attorney.
Conservatorship in Massachusetts

This course will allow participants to become more knowledgable about the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code as well as identify the standards used to appoint a Conservator. It will also identify the types of Conservatorship there are and the powers, duties and obligations of a Conservator.

This course will allow participants to become more knowledgable about the eligibility requirements for Community Mass Health as well as identify criteria for Community Mass Health under 65 and over 65.
